There's this need as a mom to do it all and do it well and do it right ALL THE TIME. What is right? Is it what society dictates? Breast is best. No screen time. Cloth diaper. Whole baby food from scratch. Why not make your child's clothes, from curtains, while you're at it. There are some serious super moms out there who go all in and to them, I salute.
I am not one of those moms. But I want to do well by my kids and I want to help save the enviornemnt and I want to give them everything I didn't and everything I did.
But there has to be a balance. A balance on what society dictates and what we can actually do as moms while maintaining our sanity.
I learned the hard way. I didn't trust my instincts. I tried to do it all and with twins. I'm here to let you know, you don't have to. There's a happy medium.
